This masterplan is thoughtfully crafted to promote healing and strengthen community bonds. The landscape design features native plant species blended with soft-textured ornamental grasses and perennials, creating a calming and restorative environment around the residents’ homes. While lush with foliage, the planting design provides a low maintenance landscape reducing needs for continuous watering, mowing, and weeding. Pathways connect essential communal zones where people can gather, as well as quieter, more secluded areas for contemplation and relaxation. A secure fence encloses the rear of the housing area, offering safety and privacy, while a gabion fence at the front maintains an open visual connection to the broader Touchstone campus facilities.
