Our Process
1.PLANNING

Brambles will meet with you at your property to discuss your vision and get to know the existing landscape.

We create a tailored landscape proposal, based on your specific needs and preferences. The proposal will include design and estimated installation costs along with a design mood board.

Brambles will analyze the landscape and record detailed site observations. Architectural plans and basic site measurements will be collected. For more advanced terrain, a professional survey of the site may be required.
2. DESIGN

Brambles will create stunning 3D renders to bring your landscape vision to life.

Brambles will meet with you to share and discuss the design drafts where we will work together to refine the design, and address any questions you might have.

A general materials and plant palette will be created and shared for you to review and provide input on. Final plants and materials will be chosen during the documentation/installation phase.

Brambles will refine the design based on your feedback, with two revision rounds included.
3. DOCUMENTATION

Brambles will create a detailed layout of plant selections, including placement, sizes, and quantities within your landscape.

Brambles will provide a comprehensive list of recommended materials for your project.

Brambles will prepare a detailed set of construction plans that can be used by contractors or homeowners during installation for seamless implementation.
4. INSTALLATION

Brambles will provide a final project cost estimate and construction timeline.

Brambles Design Studio will work closely with local contractors to coordinate the implementation of the entire project. Project management duties will include hiring and scheduling contractors and subcontractors, plant and material procurement, change orders, and tracking project budget.

Design times can vary, but it is mostly dependent on your needs and your properties’ permit requirements. Unless otherwise stated we take around a month to design a landscape, pending the intricacies of your design and the time of year.

While you never truly know the cost of a project until contractors provide an estimate, Brambles is able to provide an accurate estimate based on prior project experience. For large projects with small budgets, Brambles can assist with breaking the project up into affordable phases.
